It can be overwhelming to leave home, so we have put together a few things to make your journey a little easier:

- Photo ID and SIN information.
- Direct deposit banking information.
- Work permit if required.
- Comfortable work shoes such as running shoes for Housekeeping positions and black dress shoes for Front Desk positions.
- Clothes for all weather seasons.
- Hiking shoes if you plan on going hiking.
- Spare cash to get you through a few weeks.
- Alarm clock.
- Medications.
- Camera- you’re working in one of the most beautiful places in the world.
- Travel pillow, book or something fun to do for the plane or bus ride.
- Emergency contact numbers.
- Body Lotion and Lip Balm- it is very dry out here.
- Hat.
- Toiletries.
- Contacts/glasses.
- Banking Information (Void cheque or direct deposit slip. Most banks have access to download one or the other. Alternatively you can visit your local branch and get a print out.)
- SIN (Social Insurance Number) (Physical card, paper copy, or previous T4 slip. If arriving from abroad visit any Service Canada location.)
- Photo ID
- Work Permit (If applicable)

From The Trans Canada Highway 1
- Take exit 91 towards Bow Valley Trail
- Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Canmore and merge onto Bow Valley Trail
- Follow Bow Valley Trail to Kananaskis Way (4th right)
- Turn right onto Kananaskis Way
- Falcon Crest Lodge will be on the right
ARRIVING FROM THE WEST (BANFF)
From The Trans Canada Highway 1
- Take exit 89 and keep right to merge onto Benchlands Trail
- Get into left lane, in preparation to turn at the lights
- Turn left onto Bow Valley Trail
- Continue straight through the traffic circle.
- Turn left onto Kananaskis Way
- Falcon Crest Lodge will be on the right
ARRIVING FROM THE EAST (CALGARY)
From The Trans Canada Highway 1
- Take exit 91 towards Bow Valley Trail
- Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Canmore and merge onto Bow Valley Trail
- Follow Bow Valley Trail to Kananaskis Way (4th right)
- Turn right onto Kananaskis Way
- Follow the road veering to the left
- Blackstone Mountain Lodge will be on the right

100 minutes North of Vancouver.
50 minutes North of Squamish.

From the Sea to Sky Highway 99
- Turn left onto Lorimer Road
- Turn Left onto Blackcomb Way
- Turn Right onto Painted Cliff Road
- Blackcomb will be at the end of the road.
- Accommodations consist of apartments, condos and houses with 2 or 3 bedrooms.
- All units are fully equipped with their own bathroom/s, full sized kitchen, and in-suite laundry.
- All bedrooms and living rooms are fully furnished with the essentials, including free internet and cable.
- Occupancy in the units are limited to ensure a comfortable living environment. Smaller units have a maximum of 2-3 people with 1 bathroom and larger units have a maximum of 4 - 5 people with 2 - 3 bathrooms.
Unfortunately there is no private, couples, family, or pet friendly housing available, as all housing is shared.

ROE's are accessed through the ROE web account.
