From bathroom amenities, high thread count linens and towels, case goods, lighting and electrical, technology, and software to raw manufacturing materials, and service and building contracts.
Proforma Revenue and Expenses are clearly explained and well established to ensure the highest return for its owners. Owner income is paid out monthly and is net after expenses, insurance, and management fees.
